My Story.
My Mission.
My mission is to help as many people as possible become the best versions of themselves, through health and fitness.
My name is Kristian Morgan. I’m a husband, a father of 2, and a big-time gamer nerd. I believe that Fitness is a journey, and that everyone has that journey in them. I’ve been an athlete all my life and played collegiate basketball at Asbury University in Wilmore, Ky. Fitness and sports have connected me with so many amazing people and I believe that everyone deserves to experience that same joy. I am a high energy, enthusiastic, and positive person and when you have me as a coach, you are motivated and supported as you crush your fitness journey. As a NASM certified personal trainer, and an ACE Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I wholeheartedly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to all areas of your life. Through the use of techniques such as progressive overload, circuit training, HIIT, and corrective exercise movements, we will build efficient workouts into a powerful formula to help you transform. With a focus on proper form, progressive resistance, and personalized guidance, I empower clients to build strength, increase muscle mass, and achieve their fitness aspirations through targeted and results-driven workouts.
Mobility
I offer specialized guidance as a personal trainer, focusing on mobility exercises to enhance overall flexibility, range of motion, and joint health. Through carefully curated routines and personalized instruction, I help clients improve their functional movement, prevent injuries, and optimize their physical performance.
Weight Loss
I help clients achieve their weight loss goals through targeted workouts. By focusing on a combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and sustainable lifestyle adjustments, I guide clients on a path to successful and lasting weight loss.

If local, I train at Lex Fitness, KY which allows for in-person training options available at two different locations! Online coaching can be done from ANYWHERE, which allows me to coach you remotely as well!
